Class Descriptions!
What's in Your JAR...

What if everything that you know about yourself, consciously and unconsciously, were contained in a jar? For example, a collection of all of your beliefs, your hurts, your life’s experiences (both comfortable and uncomfortable), your fears, your desires, your disappointments, your happy times, etc.

What if all of the information that you carry around in your jar creates your perception of your reality? What if your jar represents your understanding about yourself and your life? In effect, your jar is the software by which you live your life?

What if you were shown that your jar restricts what you perceive as real and that if you were able to go outside of your jar, your possibilities would be limitless? And so...

Our journey is to take the lid off of our jars and
view our lives from outside our jar!

Your beliefs become your thoughts.
Your thoughts become your words.
Your words become your actions.
Your actions become your habits.
Your habits become your values.
Your values become your destiny.
