You can obtain other desired goals? You can also use the piezoelectric tapping exercise to obtain desired goals.

Just before you go to bed at night, get a sheet of paper and write three goals (things you want) that are important to you. It is important to write them out to insure they stay in your subconscious for any middle of the night unconscious answers that come to you. Take my word for it, it does work better than just mentally thinking of the three goals you want to create in your life. You will then take each “goal” and go through the seven step “tapping sequence” for each goal.  That’s right, if you have three goals, you’ll do the piezoelectric tapping exercise three times – that would be one seven step process for each goal.  Okay, you can do five or seven goals; but if you have five goals, you’ll do the piezoelectric tapping exercise five times – seven goals, you’ll do the piezoelectric tapping exercise seven times, etc.

Simile: You have your goals – in this comparative example, you are planning on doing some household renovation and you’ve already decided that the upcoming month is a good time to get started. You sit down as a family unit and develop a plan with your desired purpose – and start developing the goals that will create an improved and healthier living environment (your purpose).

·  Goal #1 is to contact a plumber for cost and time estimates to fix the three bathrooms and kitchen.

·  Goal #2 is to contact an electrician for cost and time estimates to put in new light fixtures in the dining room, living room, kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom.

·  Goal #3 is to contact a window replacement company to get cost and time estimates on replacing the old, drafty windows with energy-efficient windows (you will need 12 new windows in the various rooms – plus a large window for the kitchen).

·  Goal #4 is to contact a building contractor for cost and time estimates for repair of the 14 year old deck.

·  Goal #5 is to contact a painter for a cost estimate on painting all of the indoor walls and woodwork.

·  Goal #6 - after getting estimates from the five individual contractors, look for a FIX-IT-ALL contractor and get a cost and time estimate for that company to do the entire job. Your purpose is to determine if it is more efficient and cheaper to have one company do it all or for the family unit to manage five independent contractors.

Now you have six (6) goals listed and the next step is to look for potential contractors which include getting their telephone numbers (the simile is that the piezoelectric tapping system is the telephone numbers to your piezoelectric map or meridians’ map). So the simile goes like this: you’ve written out the goal (above), you look up the names of potential contractors (still part of the goal) and you get their telephone numbers (the piezoelectric dial up). You then return to goal #1 and you make the piezoelectric tapping seven step sequence like you are placing a call to your unconscious mind. You complete the first contact (notify your unconscious that this goal is important to you and that you want it to magnetize your piezoelectric system to in turn contact the universal energies to help you obtain that stated goal). You then go to goal #2 and complete another round of piezoelectric tapping – the simile being that you do not talk to all the contractors at the same time but you contact each individually. You are doing the same thing by going through each specified “Goal” and notifying your unconscious by doing the piezoelectric tapping exercise.

NOTE: Obviously, there are a number of other things that could be added to the above renovation list, but that is not our intended purpose in this posting; renovation is just to provide an example of how to establish multiple goals and use the piezoelectric tapping exercise on each. Also, hopefully, it is obvious that the 10 numbers for a telephone dial-up of independent contractors is unique to each vendor while the seven steps of the piezoelectric tapping exercise seems the same all the time. The trick is that the telephone company translates your voice into electronic packets and then it keeps track of who you are calling, all the time contacting the unique telephone numbers, but you have to depend on your unconscious to recognize the connection to a specific goal and your wanting to establish contact with your unconscious mind and then to get it to re-connect to the Universal Energies that can help you.

Something else that is obvious is that for those of you that are wealthy all you need to do is tell your personal assistant to take care of the renovation. Am I being factious? If you are wealthy, you can hire a maid to take care of any grunt housework and run household errands; hire a nanny to provide child care while you focus on your enjoyable avocation; hire a lawn-company to take care of any grunt yard work; work with a personal trainer and dietitian to make sure you exercise and eat properly; go to a total package treatment spa and have them rebalance your energy with massages, steam rooms, etc. Surprise, most wealthy people – who are good at remaining wealthy - already know about goals and getting their own personal energy (piezoelectric system in balance) to work with their intended goals. The smart wealthy may not use the term piezoelectric energy, but they do understand goals and attracting wealth (magnetism).

What about the wealthy person whose life is a dramatic wreck? Old-money people refer to the new wealth people as nouveau riche; basically meaning they got it quick and will probably lose it just as quickly. Examples abound everywhere, but let just point-a-finger at actors and sports figures – they get a break for any number of reasons and get paid a lot of money in a short period of time. Then most actors and sports stars are bankrupt within five years of their glory days. The average individual’s glory days as a money making actor or big play sports figure is about nine years.  During that peak, they bought extravagant homes, found a “trophy” spouse, hired body guards and a personal assistant, collected an entourage of sycophants to tell them how great they are and help them spend money, and partied big – alcohol, drugs and sex, then got divorced from one trophy spouse and married another. Few ever sat down and said, “This too will end,” and started establishing goals for their future. After they stop being the movie ingénue or the sports figure in-demand; they may temporally become media personalities for a few more years, but eventually drift into obscurity and a regular job. Many don’t have enough savings set aside to live comfortably for the rest of their lives.

There is nothing wrong with spending money. Let me emphatically repeat, money is useful and provides a means of obtaining our goals. There are nouveau riche people who sit down with their family unit (spouse, children, and any extended members involved) and develop a long-term plan with applicable goals and they often get richer even after the “fame” bubble has popped. And, the fact is a lot of worthwhile charities would suffer without the contributions and endorsement of some “famous” star or sports figure.

If you are not already wealthy – actually even if you are already wealthy, you can use the goal setting approach of old-wealth to improve your life. So, you establish your purpose or intention and start developing goals – in the above renovation plan you set six goals. You write all six goals on a sheet of paper.  To repeat, you do not have to put a goal of “improving my piezoelectric balance” as just doing the exercise will trigger the rebalancing of your piezoelectric system. However, for goals that go beyond the piezoelectric system you benefit by clearly writing each goal you desire to receive or accomplish.

Your goals do not have to relate to each other. In the renovation planning, the six goals were all related to that one project, but you can write independent, stand-alone goals and the piezoelectric tapping exercise works just as well. I will disclose some of mine: (1) a perfect body; (2) live a life of luxury – e.g., win the lottery or obtain wealth in whatever way the universe offers with a minimum of $10 million dollars; (3) charismatic personality; (4) create a prime number algorithm; (5) be a dynamic writer; (6) own a BMW 5 series; and (7) design a disaster relief system that responds faster and more efficiently than anything currently available – particularly related to massive numbers of dead and dying and where the disaster is in an isolated location.

SO NOW, YOU HAVE YOUR WRITTEN GOALS AND YOU ARE READY FOR THE PIEZOELECTRIC TAPPING EXERCISE

You then will take goal #1 and proceed with the full seven step sequence of the Piezoelectric Tapping Exercise.

·       Center of Forehead – 5 taps or whatever number you want to use throughout the exercise.

·       Upper Lip and Under Lip – 5 taps

·       Collar bone – each side in notch – 5 taps

·       Rib cage indentation area – 5 taps

·       Solar Plexus area – 5 taps

·       Right & Left hip bone protrusion – 5 taps

·       Top of Head – 5 taps

You then pull out goal #2 to focus your mind on it. Then you proceed with the full seven step sequence of the Piezoelectric Tapping Exercise.

·       Center of Forehead – 5 taps or whatever number you want to use throughout the exercise.

·       Upper Lip and Under Lip – 5 taps

·       Collar bone – each side in notch – 5 taps

·       Rib cage indentation area – 5 taps

·       Solar Plexus area – 5 taps

·         Right & Left hip bone protrusion – 5 taps

The repeated tapping is consistent within a full seven step sequence.  Repeat the seven step sequence for each goal you have listed.
