▣ THE HEALING PROCESS

Everyone can benefit from using an energy healing cleansing. The very fact of living life means that you have accumulated some ill(ness) or less than desirable energy attachments and that it would be beneficial for you to remove. Some people have more than others; some have been given a wake up call and alerted to the need to do a little, or a lot, to cleanse their energy and physical bodies.
 
There are numerous healing methodologies and all are beneficial.

 

THE HEALING PROCESS

Everyone can benefit from using an energy healing cleansing. The very fact of living life means that you have accumulated some ill(ness) or less than desirable energy attachments and that it would be beneficial for you to remove. Some people have more than others; some have been given a wake up call and alerted to the need to do a little, or a lot, to cleanse their energy and physical bodies.
 
There are numerous healing methodologies and all are beneficial. A person in need of healing can successfully use three or four healing methodologies. The ones presented here are for your consideration and are not intended as substitutes for a recognized medical doctor.   You should consult your physician regarding changes to your physical health.  
 
REIKI ENERGY BALANCING
Reiki is most often done by an individual practitioner who uses his/her hands to focus and balance the energy of the client. They proceed from head to foot; generally using a series of energy balancing hand movements. When the Reiki practitioner feels a hot-spot (need for additional healing energy) he/she will focus on that area for a few extra seconds or minutes. The Reiki process does not include physical body manipulation. However, the Reiki practitioner may ask the client’s permission to allow hands on touch to the shoulders and head area to increase the energy flow between them. 
 
INTERNET VARIANT OF REIKI BALANCE
Since the energy balance will be done over the Internet, it means the person requesting the healing will be a more active client. Therefore, the client (you) initially will be sitting in front of a computer screen and visualizing a Reiki practitioner proceeding from head to foot balancing his/her body’s energy. The reason for going from the head to the feet is to push the negative energy into the Earth. The Earth will absorb that energy as you the Reiki client breathes-in healing energy. As you visualize the energy flow down your body, if you feel a hot spot, then focus additional Reiki energy on that spot as you gently allow the negative flow down into the Earth. You can repeat this process on a daily basis without using the Internet by just finding a quiet place to sit and relax for 5 to 10 minutes and completing the head-to-feet visualization process; while you breathe in healing (abundance) energy.
 
INTERNET VARIANT GROUP REIKI BALANCE
The same as above except a healing group meditation can be very powerful. That is, do the Internet Reiki healing group each Thursday at 7:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). Obviously, the time could be set for every day as I was just using an example. The healing could be open ended; that is, no leader required; people could just sit down anywhere for 5-minutes during the 30-minutes and leave if they have other errands; and they could build an email listing or cell-phone text-chat to share their experiences if they want to.
 
RELEASE METHOD
You can release health problems; stress problems like those related to work or family issues; money difficulties; and other situations in your life. You can do the simple version of the Release methodology once you understand it or do the complete process. I (Richard C. Parker) have modified it to fit my personal process so if you want to know more about the original Release technique, it can be found at www.releasetechnique.com.   It is also known as the Abundance technique as there are numerous accounts by people who state they gained wealth using the release technique.
 
The Richard Parker Release version uses a Breath In/Breath Out approach:
 
In Breath: On the in breath, use a complete thought-form, such as “I breathe in abundance and perfect balance.”   However, your focused thought will be “Abundance” (see below).
 
Out Breath: On expelling the breath, there is a complete thought-form that involves the release of all negativity, need, want, and desire. The focused thought will be “I Release.”
 
RELEASE METHOD HEALING SITTING
Sit comfortably.
Tilt head slightly toward chest. (This is to tell your brain/mind to stay out of the way for about five minutes.)
Take a calm breath in to the count of four. Think or sub-vocalize “Abundance.”
Hold breath for a count of four. Think or sub-vocalize, “I Release.” 
Do not strain yourself; if you do three at first or five counts, that is okay.
 
REPEAT
Breath-in (count of four – Abundance),
Hold, and
Breathe-out (count of four – Release)
REPEAT until you can do the Release method 11 or 12 times without mental flight into fantasy or distraction.
 
RELEASE METHOD FOR SERIOUS OR CHRONIC HEALTH NEEDS
To increase the power of the release methodology, you can do the following:
1. Tilt your head slightly toward your chest.
2. Imagine/visualize sticking a tube in your chest area (Heart chakra).      The tube can have three to five branches extending into your body.
3. Do the above breath-in/breath-out exercise and visualize any health     (negative energy) being drawn out of your body through this chest          tube.
4. Continue to breathe-in “Abundance” based on the Law of Attraction.
5. After five minutes, remove the tubing from your chest area.
6. Relax for about 10 minutes and drink plenty of water.
7. Repeat this release method every day.
