THE AURA AND THREE METHODS TO USE IT

What is the aura? Some of you may already know this, but it is worth repeating the basics to ensure that everyone can create a visual reference when asked to visualize the aura in meditation.

 

So as a point of reference, we all know how easy it is to see our skin; it covers the whole body and it is very obvious because it is the largest organ of the human body. And while many of us do not see the aura, metaphysicians say that it completely surrounds the body like a skin; a bubble or egg shaped form of subtle energy that connects us to the Universal Life Force.

 

Skeptic’s Question and Answer: No there is no scientific machine that proves there is an auric field around the human body. So you can ignore it and give yourself permission to study isolation and hallucinations. However, you might be open-minded and give yourself permission to use it as a useful concept; the same way Einstein was able to visualize traveling on a light beam even though real scientists of his era quickly told him that was impossible and rather delusional. So why shouldn’t we do thought experiments involving an AURA?

 

The aura is a full-coverage shape around the entire body. It is described by many people who study metaphysics as a bubble or egg shape around the body; it also is seen in various colors, sometimes a single color and sometimes multiple colors. However, in this write-up, we’re not going to worry about the colors, except to say, the color(s) does have a meaning particularly involving the health and mental state of the subject. But in this posting, we are mainly going to focus on the shape and condition of the aura; psychics who see auras most often see it in relation to the client’s body like a slightly oversized body suit - generally, that is about one-inch from the body. It covers the body from the top of the head, around both hands like gloves and over the bottom of both feet like pajama-boots; the description by those who see it is that the aura goes into the ground the same distance as it is around the body that is above ground.

 

The aura can expand and contract.  Some people’s aura is big – even massive. They tend to be very charismatic and love to touch others and be in constant physical contact. Then you have people with very rigid and stiff auras, almost like body armor, and it is very close to their bodies. They were often abused or are currently being abused; and have unconsciously drawn their aura in tight to the body to protect their spiritual being. Pets’ auras are pretty much the same as humans. Then you have people with plush and healthy auras and those with ragged, unhealthy auras.

 

In your meditation you can ask your aura to expand by 12 inches or 36 inches or 360 miles or to the ends of the Universe and then return to normal. It does so without hurting the person making the request. The question is why would you want to do that? One reason is to visit distant friends. Another reason is to learn about a distant location? The military had a psychic group studying it during the Cold-War and a decade later for the purpose of spying on designated human enemies; our enemies, particularly Russia, did the same thing. But both sides learned that putting a protective shield like the Universal-Energy field (light) around the intended subject would block the spying or send back confusing and conflicting messages; sort of like the stealth airplanes of today.

 

You can also ask your aura to change colors – in general, I invoke the White-Light which is the spectrum of all colors and then I allow my aura and body to integrate which ever color or colors are most needed for my healing and protection. If you are sitting in a group, the leader often has a purpose for invoking a specific color; e.g., to energize a particular chakra or the color pink to focus the group on unconditional love. As stated, we are not going to cover the various colors and their benefits nor the chakras in this posting, but will focus on the aura. However, there is one color that is a problem and that is an aura permeated with black. An aura can be healed up to a certain critical point, but a sign of real problems is having black patches that appear to be growing. If there is any live color left, there is hope; but if there is only black in the aura, the grim-reaper is near. An anecdotal story told by an old psychic is that she was in a building in Chicago getting ready to get in an elevator. She was on the second floor and intended to go up to the 12th floor; the doors of the elevator opened and she felt uncomfortable when she looked at the seven passengers. Then she looked and observed that all had black auras. She told the person in front that she was not going up, but that she was going down (she lied). The elevator went up and around the 9th floor there was an explosion that ripped through the walls of the elevator and sent it plunging to the ground below. All seven passengers were dead. Did they die because they were in the elevator? Or did they get in the elevator because it was their time to die? The psychic could not answer the question. She would have had to have seen the seven people hours before to know if their auras were already black with death or if they turned color in the elevator. OH, the explosion was a kitchen gas stove in an apartment next to the elevator shaft; the owner of the apartment committed suicide.

 

There can be holes, rips, and tears in the aura - this is not good. Damage to the aura shows the person to be unhealthy or prone to accidents or to be a magnet to negative forces and people.

 

A hole in your aura means you are then open to more damage because you attract unhealthy or devious people. An interesting study in psychology, criminology, and insurance claims indicates that some people are “victim prone;” meaning that if we studied 100 people, at least one of them would be robbed or mugged on more than one occasion. That same person would tend to be the victim of a con-artist with some kind of bogus scheme or an Internet scam or a used car sales-person selling flood-damaged cars or something even worse like getting raped.  Strangely, that same person would be in more accidents and have more hospital visits due to illness and injuries than the other 100 people. This is not to claim that surrounding yourself with the White-Light of protection will prevent all negative events in your life, but as a thought-experiment, it would sure seem to be worth the time and effort. If you wear a pair of boots with a hole in the sole of one, you would not be surprised when you got wet feet in a rain storm; so you go to a shoe repair shop, but that doesn’t guarantee you’ll never get wet feet even when wearing the repaired boots. 

 

For example, a person that uses destructive substances to excess can tear or rip their aura or even punch holes in their aura. You probably immediately think of hard drug addiction which is correct, but did you also consider excessive sugar and salt intake? Do you know a gambling addict or a sex addict – and yes that includes Internet ones. You can also get tears, rips, and holes in your aura when you are in contact with addicts or abusive people and that includes both physical and psychological abusers. Oh, one type of abuse that is creating tears in auras is the obsessive use of electronic gadgets; adults and children spending three or more hours a day watching television, playing electronic games, or compulsively texting.

 

Why is sitting at an electronic apparatus damaging to the aura? The answer involves multiple factors. One problem is the electro-magnetic pulses that are bombarding the brain and nervous system; the human nervous system and brain use electronic pulses to make muscles move and keep the heart and brain operating. Electronic equipment is sending pulses through the body and brain that interfere with the normal functions of the human system. No, you don’t need to go back to the stone-age; you just need to set aside some recuperation time away from all electronics each day. Another problem is that the human body needs Vitamin D. The most efficient way to get Vitamin D is to spend 20 minutes in the Sun, without sun screen. If you’re on a computer or sitting in a car, you are not getting vitamin D or sunshine. And that continues on to the next problem area which is that of texting; it has become one of the most dangerous habits of drivers. People driving their cars are texting, train drivers are texting, bus drivers are texting, and no one is that skilled a driver that they can text and still be able maintain proper awareness of the road day after day.

 

So how does that impact on you and your aura? If you are dealing with people that are slowly (or severely) damaging their own aura, they are spreading negative energy to others. Not clear, then have you had someone driving beside you drift into your lane of traffic and did that make you happy and joyous? You most likely tensed up and then you shared that tension with other people on the road or in the office or at home. Or, have you recently been stuck in traffic because a car was involved in a rear-end wreck and did you flash on the thought that the offender was probably using a cell-phone or texting? Did that make you happy and joyous and did you go share these wondrous feelings with someone else? Each time you get angry or pumped up, you put a strain on your aura and that creates micro-tears. If you get enough small micro-tears in a piece of cloth, it soon wears out; well the aura generally doesn’t wear out, but enough micro-tears and you’ve got a large tear or hole.

 

How can I be getting negative energy from people I hardly know or come into contact with?  One thing you should realize is that everybody you touch leaves a small piece of themselves on you. It is like they have a tacky substance that can stretch thousands of miles and for many years, even lifetimes. That invisible substance sticks to you each time you come into contact. And, I mean the most casual of contacts; i.e., you touch or bump into each other in the coffee shop door or on the bus or you pick up a ballpoint pen in the doctor’s office that still has the previous patient’s invisible virus material, DNA, bacteria, and auric glue on it. DNA and RNA can hang around for 72 hours under normal temperatures; viruses and bacteria hang around for 24 hours at its strongest, and auric glue about 15 minutes; if you wash your hands on a regular basis, you will generally remove all the casually picked up invisible residues. However, most people rub their eyes or scratch somewhere like their ears or scalp or other open skin areas and the tacky residues have a better hold. The good news is that for the most part if you are healthy, it does not hurt you.

 

So how do I heal and strengthen my aura? This posting describes three methods; there are others. If you use these basic methods, you will see a big difference. You can bathe in the White-Light and integrate it into your AURA; accepting the protective and healing powers of the White-Light will cleanse and strengthen your aaura. Then, you can mentally affirm,

“I am filled with the universal power that brings everything into being. I breathe out obstacles to my energy’s flow. I breathe out the dark shadows of the past. I breathe in the infinite promise of a new life. I am filled with the universal faith in the goodness of all things. I affirm that I am light, I am peace, I am love.”

 

Basic Method

To do a basic meditation, you will need about 15 to 30 minutes of privacy. Before starting this exercise, find a quiet place, sit down, stand, or lie comfortably with your back in a good posture. Close your eyes. Image your body being surrounded by a beautiful White-light of protection and healing. Let anything that is stressing to you rise to the surface of your thoughts. Think about it for just a few seconds, then watch it dispassionately float away, like it is happening to someone else - let it go. Consciously relax your shoulders, arms and legs; if you feel tightness anywhere in your body, consciously relax it.

 

Now, slowly exhale through your nose, emptying your lungs completely to make room for a new supply of air. Take a deep cleansing breath, image you are filling your abdomen first and then your chest. Do not strain. Exhale slowly through your mouth.

 

REPEAT slow deep cleansing breaths - relaxing deeper with each breath. The important thing is to breathe in deeply and regularly with a uniform rhythm. Know that with each rhythmic breath, you will feel lighter and less burdened and your mind opens up to its highest level of relaxed clarity.  Affirm: “I am light, I am peace, I am love.”

 

SUGGESTION REGARDING RHYTHMIC CLEANSING BREATHING: You might find it easier to establish a breathing rhythm by counting your breaths; for example: count to five for the breathe intake, hold the breath to a count of five, and then exhale to a count of five – this is an option; do not strain.  After you exhale, you immediately start the inhale again – but remember to do so gently and rhythmically.

 

SUGGESTION REGARDING USE OF THE WHITE-LIGHT FOR PROTECTION:  The basic instruction is to image your body being surrounded by a beautiful White-light of protection and healing.  And that is enough for the basic or general level of relaxation – entering a state of meditation - especially when you’ve had adequate rest, nutrition, and personal interactions with people who care about you.

 

However, if you’ve been in a stressful situation over the past several days, like disagreements at work or home or with in-laws, etc., you may need to boost the juice on the “White-Light imaging;” for example, visualize yourself bathed in "Gold, Silver and White-Light” and these energies becoming part of your aura while you are also breathing these energies into your body.

 

ENHANCED METHOD

You will need about 15 to 30 minutes of privacy. Before starting this exercise, find a quiet place, sit down or lie comfortably with your back in a good posture. Close your eyes. Imagine your body being surrounded by Gold, Silver and White-Light of protection and healing. Let anything that is stressing to you rise to the surface of your thoughts. Think about it for just a few seconds, then watch it dispassionately float away, like it is happening to someone else - let it go. Consciously relax your shoulders, arms and legs; if you feel tightness anywhere in your body, consciously relax it.

 

Now, slowly exhale through your nose, emptying your lungs completely to make room for a new supply of air. Take a deep breath, imagine you are filling your abdomen first and then your chest. Do not strain. Exhale slowly through your mouth.   REPEAT slow deep breaths - relaxing deeper with each breath. The important thing is to breathe in deeply and regularly with a uniform rhythm. Imagine you are at the top of a flight of seven stairs inside a beautiful spa or temple; with each deep exhalation you take, step down one stair and feel your body and mind relax even more and your thoughts release even more of your attachments to the world. Know that with each rhythmic cleansing breath you feel lighter and less burdened and your mind opens up to its highest level of relaxed clarity.

You can feel the Gold, Silver, and White-Light of protection, healing and pure energy of the universe and allow it to bathe and be integrated into your AURA. Accepting the protective and healing powers of these energies as they cleanse and strengthen your aura; you mentally affirm,

“I am filled with the primal power that brings everything into being.
I breathe out obstacles to my energy’s flow. I breathe out the dark shadows of the past. I breathe in the infinite promise of a new life.
I am filled with the universal faith in the goodness of all things.

Affirm: I am light, I am peace, I am love.”

 

NOTE: You do not have to follow the methodology verbatim. Read it several times and allow yourself to paraphrase it – key concepts are underlined. If you become a robot, you get less benefit than if you enjoy it and give yourself permission to see this as an opportunity to celebrate life.

 

TAKE A SEA-SALT BATH

It is recommended that you wash your hands after you’ve been in contact with surfaces that have been touched by multiple people – especially in doctor’s offices and hospitals – and to thoroughly wash produce from markets, etc., because of potential bacteria, germs, and viruses; and to wash your hands several times a day - this is a great practice to instill in youngsters as children tend to touch all sorts of filthy things and sneeze into their hands. So wash your hands, but you can go the extra step and bathe your aura or, if you can, go for a dip in the ocean.

 

You need one-cup of sea-salt – most grocery stores do carry sea salt, but you may have to look on the bottom shelf. At least once a week, rather than taking a shower, take a bath with one-cup of sea-salt added. Be sure to douse your head. You can add bubble bath or scents to your liking or just plain sea-salt. Stay in the bath for at least 10 minutes. Now for some of you this is the hard part – air dry; that is, do not wipe yourself down with a towel. You will be surprised that after you dry off from a tub bath, you will not feel salt sticky.

 

Sea-salt has the best Aura sealing and healing capacity of any product. It works best if you leave it on your body for at least two hours. After two hours, you can take a shower if you want to or you can leave it on longer.

 

OCEAN DIPPING AND NEGATIVE IONS

If you get the opportunity to take a dip in the ocean, you will get the sea-salt bath produced by nature and the Highest Power of the Universe. You will also get the added benefit of negative ions. Generally, when we say something is “negative,” we mean or at least imply “BAD” or unhealthy; but in this case, negative ions means something very good – even excellent. You cannot see ions, but there are positive ions and negative ions; an ion is an electronically charged particle – we are more familiar with ions when we handle magnets. One end is positive (attracts) and the other end is negative (pushes away). I don’t want to get too technical or detailed, but we generally live in a world of positive ions – a sunny day is loaded with positive ions. Not too bad on the scale of positive ions! Positive ions attract junk to our bodies like dust, pollution, and free radicals; while a negative ion will reject or eliminate them.

 

Clean flowing water is generally filled with negative ions. You may notice feeling better after a rain storm; it is partially the cleaner air, but it is also the removal of junk from your Aura due to the negative ions.  The Ocean provides a double dose of health – sea salt and negative ions galore. The drawback to the ocean dunk is you get a load of sand in your knickers.
